Gaffney, Cline & Associates is a petroleum consulting company headquartered in Alton, the United Kingdom, with offices in London, Houston, Moscow, Buenos Aires, Singapore, Almaty, and Sydney. Gaffney, Cline & Associates was founded in 1962.
